How To Use:

1. Fill it up [Fill the Breeze Container with water up to 150ml ]

2. Drop it in [Drop in a Cup Sterilizer tablet. Once fully dissolved in 3 mins, drop in a Menstrual Cup]

3. Shake it off [After 5 mins, shake excess water from the Menstrual Cup]

4. Ready to use! 

When To Use:

1. At the start of each menstrual cycle.

2. After the end of each menstrual cycle, prior to storage.
